With a vision of mimicking the character of historic, early-1900s Idaho architecture, this two-story mixed-use/office building required both visual charm and efficient spaces. Embracing an ambiance of permanence and timelessness, the building’s mass was broken up to appear as two distinct storefronts that could have been constructed at different times. The first phase of this project includes a pharmacy and medical office building on the ground floor with three residential units on the second floor. On-site parking is offered behind the building, with covered spaces for residents.
