Located on the grounds of the renowned Tributary Golf Course and Private Residential Community in Driggs, Idaho, this Golf Cart Storage building is efficient, spacious, and understated. Constructed with a pre-engineered metal building frame on a slab on grade, the exterior 4,752 square-foot building was enhanced with board-formed concrete and wood siding. Facades facing away from public view utilized overhead doors and metal wall panels for durability and ease of access. With room to store approximately 64 golf carts, driving range equipment, and additional maintenance areas, the facility is ideally-suited to the needs of the adjacent golf course. The building also houses staff lockers, restrooms for maintenance crew, and guest amenities including a covered driving range, club fitting, and restrooms.
