The remodel of a once-empty 10,000 square foot space includes five flexible classrooms in addition to 20 offices, meeting rooms, and support spaces. The modernization included upgrading restrooms, lighting, finishes, HVAC, and electrical systems. The result is a space with welcoming light, an intuitive flow, and an inspiring ambiance for students and instructors alike.
